PayPal

PayPal provide an option for payment to be taken for online bookings and subsequent entry of admin payments.

• Online booking payments - whenever a customer makes a direct booking on your iBex public booking screen, the customer will be directed to PayPal at payment stage where they will pay any deposit required (if any) to secure their booking.
  
  Any payment made will automatically be logged in the booking.
  
  
• Backend payments - whenever you need to take a payment for a new booking or a balance for an existing booking, you can process this through your PayPal account on the payments screen within your iBex account.
  
  Any payment made will automatically be logged to the booking. 

The customer's credit card details must be entered in both of the above options.

Connection Instructions

Please follow the instructions below to setup the link to PayPal within your account:

Step	Action
1	From left menu select Interface  Payment Gateway
2	At field Payment Provider select PayPal.
3	At field Provider User Name (User ID) enter the email address you registered with PayPal.
4	Click Save Provider.
5	Click Enable button.
6	Once you have enabled the connection please log out of your iBex account and then log back in.
