Disabling/ Enabling Payment Gateway

To Disable:

1. Select Payment Gateway (in the Interface section in your iBex menu)

2. You have two options:  

a) Select None in Payment Provider and click Save Provider. This will remove all credentials and make the payment gateway connection inactive

b) Click on the Disable button this will keep the credentials and make the payment gateway connection inactive 

To Enable:

1. To activate the payment gateway click on the Enable button 

NOTE: If you are a multi-property account and your payment gateway is disabled on a property but would like to use the payment gateway credentials set on Account,  you have the option to select “Account” in the Payment Provider filter to have it activated again. Ensure you click “Save Provider” after
