Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for iBex Vault

To set up Multi Factor Authentication on iBex Vault, you will need to log into iBex Vault and go to My Account in the top header row.

Select Multi-Factor Authentication from the drop-down list.

You will be prompted to enter a mobile phone number (ensure your country code is correct) and select Setup MFA. 

You will then receive an SMS to your mobile device with an MFA Code attached. 

Type the MFA code from the SMS into the Verify MFA Token field, and Verify & Activate MFA.

Your mobile number will now be stored against the Vault login.

Upon your next login, you will need to enter your username and password as per usual.  

On the next screen, you will need to enter the MFA token that was sent to your nominated phone. 

When entering the token, you will be given the option to trust this browser for 30 days (so you don't need to be sent an MFA token for the next 30 days when logging in from the same browser & device).
