- A minimum of 30 days’ notice is requested prior to the change of ownership date.
- Requests submitted within 10 business days of the intended transfer date cannot be guaranteed to be completed within the required timeframe.
- Where the PMS account is connected to our SeekomPay payment gateway, it may be necessary to transfer payment tokens to the new ownership account.
- Please note that token transfers can take 2–4 weeks to complete, depending on the payment provider.
- Account billing must be arranged directly between the selling and purchasing parties.
- Any forward commission payments are also to be managed between the parties, as these are not automatically transferred or reconciled by our team.
- Please advise our team of your arrangements during this period
- Account terminations are subject to the end of the current invoice period.
- Billing for this period must be settled between the selling and purchasing parties prior to the closure or transfer of the account.
- All change of ownership requests are handled with discretion.
- Communication will be limited to authorised parties as confirmed by the current account holder.

- Current property name and account ID
- Proposed date of ownership change
- Contact information for both the current and new owners
