Menu Navigation

Navigating around your iBex account is easy - just use the menu on the left hand side.

You have 3 different view options which are controlled at the bottom of the screen:

1. Hide the menu
2. Display the full menu
3. Display your favourites only

Whatever you set as your preference, it is saved for your own log in so each different username can have their own different menu preferences set.

TIP

You can also navigate around the system by clicking on any red links shown on screen.

For example, if you are working in a booking and want to add a note to the customers database, you can right click on the customer’s name and open their database in a new tab. You can then update the database as required and close the tab once finished so that you can continue working on the booking.
