The Extras Rates Calendar screen displays any rates being charged for extras for the dates shown on the calendar. This is where you can set, change or remove a price, and add or delete a minimum night requirement from an extra's rate. The Extras Rates Calendar functions in the same way as the Rates Calendar.
Before using the Extras Rates Calendar, you will need to have set up Extras.

Please note If there is no price in a cell, the extra is not available to be booked for that date. |
Setting Minimum Periods
Minimum periods can be applied to extras in the same way they are applied to rooms. There are two scenarios in which you may want to apply minimum periods to extras:
- The extra is only available for a certain minimum night use. For example, a 3 day tour package extra could have a minimum 3 day restriction. A 3 day tour extra with a rate of $100/day would like like this in the extras calendar:
- A discount applies for the extra when it is purchased for more than a certain number of days. For example, kayak hire could be $45/day for 1 day hire, or $35/day for 2 day hire. These rates would appear like this in the extras rates calendar:
Changing the minimum period is done in the Change Min Period tab of the Set Extra Rate pop up box.
