IMPORTANT NOTES You can transmit a deal description to travelocity by entering a description in the rate description/inclusion field within your iBex account. To add the description/inclusions.
Base 1 pax rates from iBex not transmitted to travelocity unless the max guest count in the rate is also 1. Where a room holds more than 1 person and the base rate in iBex is 1, then the 2 person rate will be transmitted to travelocity. iBex supports up to 3 connections to travelocity from a single property. Instructions vary at step 9 above if setting up a 2nd or 3rd connection. After any extensive modification of your rates/prices within iBex it is recommended you perform a full re-synch to travelocity. Click here for instructions. |
