Booking.com | Create New Rate Category

You can add new rate plans and special offers to your Booking.com listing within your iBex channel manager. Please follow these steps: 

1. Go to your Booking.com channel connection where you will be taken to the “Channel mapping” tab (Search Sales Channels in your side menu then click on the bookcom ID)
    

2. Click on the green plus symbol before the iBex rate name where a new blank rate row will appear
   
   

3. In the iBex Rate Name column select the iBex rate you want to send to Booking.com, in the Channel Rate Name column select Create New Rate 

   
   

4. Click on the “Save” button at the bottom of the page and you will see that a new Channel Rate Name has automatically generated at Booking.com.
   The below screenshot is an example of a Bed and Breakfast rate plan automatically created at Booking.com. To send the rates and availability for the new rate at Booking.com click “Save & Update Channel”.
   
   
   
   

   Note: Creating a new rate for the first time through iBex will add the rate plan to ALL Booking.com room types. To edit your Booking.com rate plans you can login into your Booking.com account and make the changes in “Rate Plans” (found in Rates & Availability section) 

5. You can also look up the Sales Channel Update Log to confirm that the new rate plans have been created successfully.
