Instructions

Step	Action
1	Login to your iBex account.
2	From left menu select Sales Channels Add a sales Channel
3	At the pop up window titled ‘New Sales Channel’ click the button Register Available Sales Channel
4	Enter ‘new zealand travel’ into search field at top right of window and press enter on your keyboard. Matching results will be displayed – see example screen image below.
5	Click the green plus icon adjacent to New Zealand Travel Inc (see above example).
6	Optionally update General section fields as required. Notes are private. Refer sample example screen image below.
7	Rules section: select required Selling Group (likely to be Agents) select Rate Modifier (Rate 1 will typically be same as you sell at, other options will be a % increase or discount) set Multi-booking Invoice as required (PMS accounts only. No means you will send an invoice for each booking, yes means you batch multiple bookings into an invoice) set Commission charged by New Zealand Travel Inc (PMS accounts only. ) set Commission Extras Code (PMS accounts only. Likely to be Misc Cmsn) Refer example below:
8	Click Register Sales Channel button. ‘Sales channel saved’ message will display towards the top of the screen.
9	In right hand panel you can obtain booking links to provide to New Zealand Travel Inc. See example image below.
10	Click the applicable booking link and provide the web address to New Zealand Travel. Regular links (the most common) are provided to agents wishing to place a booking link on their website for public bookings. A regular booking link will be in the format: http://seekom.com/accommodation/Property.php?op=NNNN&pid=NNNN&ru=nztravel Attended links are provided to agents entering bookings on behalf of customers (ie. no bookings will be made through their website). An attended booking link will be in the format: http://seekom.com/accommodation/Property.php?op=NNNN&pid=NNNN&ru=nztravel&ata=yes

IMPORTANT NOTES

New Zealand Travel requires to receive gross sell rates. Please contact them for business terms and commission.

New Zealand Travel uses iBex booking screen links and therefore can sell on an instant confirmation AND on an on request basis. As a result availability and prices will conform to minimum stay and close out dates set.
