IMPORTANT NOTES Check-in receives the base room rate only from iBex – you will need to maintain any changes to extra adult/child prices directly at check-in. Check-in cannot accept multiple rates or minimum stay variations from iBex for a single room type. If you wish to provide availability from iBex to check-in for differing rates / minimum stay periods on a room type you will need to duplicate the room at check-in for each rate / differing minimum stay. Check-In does not transmit to iBex the number of guests in a booking so iBex will assume and set the maximum permitted in the room type. However Check-in will provide guest numbers on their reservation email to you so you can adjust in your property management system (if required). Base 1 pax rates from iBex are not transmitted to check-in unless the max guest count in the rate is also 1. Where a room holds more than 1 person and the base rate in iBex is 1, the 2 person rate will be transmitted to check-in. You can transmit a deal description to Check-In by entering a description in the rate description/inclusion field within your iBex account. Any description/inclusion set will be shown as a hover tip in your Check-In account. To add the description/inclusions:
After any extensive modification of your rates/prices within iBex it is recommended you perform a full re-synch to check-in.com.au. Click Here for instructions. |
