IMPORTANT NOTES Multiple rates per room is now available. Budget Places display price per occupancy. When property set up their account in Budget Place, remember to determine the rate to include/exclude tax (VAT). Ensure the number of base pax and extra pax for each room matches in both iBex and Budget Places. The properties need to contact Budget Places if they want to create new rooms. iBex supports up to 3 connections to budgetplaces.com from a single property. Instructions vary at step 9 above if setting up a 2nd or 3rd connection. You need to ensure minimum and maximum guest numbers in room type set up at budgetplaces.com match settings in Seekom iBex. budgetplaces.com cannot accept multiple rates or minimum stay variations from iBex for a single room type. If you wish to provide availability from iBex to budgetplaces.com for differing rates and minimum stay periods on a room type you will need to duplicate the room at budgetplaces.com for each differing minimum stay. After any extensive modification of your rates/prices within iBex it is recommended you perform a full re-synch to budgetplaces.com. Click here for instruction |

Additional Notes 1. Modification booking will be sent through from Budget Places. 2. iBex sends the price per occupancy rate to Budget Places. E.g. A double room for 2pax for $100, with an additional of $20 per an extra adult. iBex will send 1pax for $100, 2pax for $100 and 3pax for $120. 3. Ensure rooms are enabled in Budget Places with the correct rate plans mapped against it. 4. iBex will process new, modified and cancelled bookings. 5. Inventory & rate updates are up to 370 days. 6. Budget Places has included items like Breakfast and Cancellation policy as part of the rate plans, these will come through and display on the booking comment in iBex. |
