Under certain circumstances, you may want to manually change prices for numerous days. For example, you want to have higher minimum prices for your rooms on your weekends during your high season versus your low season. Or you have a specific event taking place in your city and you want to have a fixed price for your rooms.
Reference Room
There are various ways to override the price suggestions for your Reference Room. Below we will introduce them to you:
-
Percent Adjustments: apply a %-adjustment to increase/decrease prices for a certain period
-
Minimum and Maximum Prices: change the boundaries for the price calculations
-
Fix Prices: apply a fixed price to a day or a ce rtain time period
-
Closed Rooms: If you closed rooms in your PMS which are not available for the guest to book in your PMS, make sure to state this in RPG, as well. For example, if you do not sell them online at the moment because they are under maintenance. In this case, you would like to exclude them as they do not count up to the total availability you offer to your guests. Important ! The room type you close in RPG should be the correct room type which are not available in your PMS, as well.
