If you have a live account with Mitchell Corp or one of their affiliates (such as Ezibed) you can now automate availability, rates and bookings by interfacing/connecting your iBex account to Mitchell Corp (Ezibed - ANZCRO).
Mitchell Corp offers 2 connections, with each reaching a different market:
Ezibed - ANZCRO : This enables you to sell your property on Mitchell Corp's consumer direct websites which include:
- ezibed.com (available to any property)
- goldenchain.co.nz (Golden Chain properties only)
- mainstay.co.nz (Mainstay properties only)
- oceana-apartments.com (Oceana Apartment properties only)

MITCHELL CORP CONNECTION NOTES Mitchell Corp Account setup The Mitchell Corp connection provides different programmes for different consumer websites - Ezibed, Golden Chain, Mainstay and Oceana. Ezibed works differently to the others so please note the differences below. Bookings When the customer makes a booking via Ezibed they pay Mitchell Corp a required deposit (which is Mitchell Corp's commission) and any balance is paid directly to you by the guest at check in/out. However, if you are also listed on any of the Golden Chain, Mainstay or Oceania websites, the customer pays Mitchell Corp the full booking amount regardless if the booking is made via the applicable website or ezibed.com. You will then invoice Mitchell Corp for the Nett amount after the guest checks out. Mitchell Corp sends confirmed bookings to your iBex account and the value of the booking is the outstanding balance you take from the customer or invoice Mitchell Corp for (ie Nett). Any amendments or cancellations will not be updated through the connection. Mitchell Corp will email you directly with any amendments or cancellations so you must manually update the booking accordingly. Rates Mitchell Corp require you to send Gross rates unless you are part of the Golden Chain, Mainstay or Oceana programmes (which use programme codes MAI101, GOL031 or OCE008). If that's the case, Mitchell Corp require you to send Nett Rates as they will add on their commission to the prices that you send them which will then be displayed on the websites. If you are sending Nett rates you can set a Rate Modifier to match the commission (usually 10%) so that iBex automatically calculates and sends the Nett rate for you - see Step 8 in the connection instructions for more information. Mitchell Corp does not support extra person or child rates so only receives the base room rate from iBex. You will need to set and maintain any extra adult/child prices directly in your Mitchell Corp account. Mitchell Corp cannot accept multiple rates or minimum stay variations from iBex for a single room type. If you want to provide them with multiple offers or minimum stay requirement rates for the same room, separate room types will need to be created in your Mitchell Corp account so that the specific offers or minimum stay rates can be mapped to each room type. Min Stay requirements need to be set at Mitchell Corp on room type level. For example, if you have a Standard room and want to offer a per night price and a minimum 3 night stay rate you will need to create 2 room types in your Mitchell Corp account with the Room Type Names as Standard (per night), Standard (min 3 nights). These room types can then be mapped in iBex to the 2 corresponding rates that need to be valid for either 1 or 3 nights. Due to the above limitations, it is recommended that you contact your Mitchell Corp account manager so that they can set up your account as required.
