Any user can change their password at any time.
No passwords are stored anywhere in the system. Any user can change their own password when they are logged in but only the main Account Administrator Login has access to all users and access to change all passwords (unless permissions have been set otherwise). If you want to change a password without having the current password, you will need to either be logged in as the main Account Administrator User or click the Forgotten Password on the main login screen which will send a 'Reset Password' email to the email address that is saved as the email address for that user. |
Step by Step Instructions
As a staff user with knowledge of current password

Log in as the user that you want the password changed for
- Select My Account(in the Users section in the menu)
- Select the Change Password option
- Complete the form as required
As the Account User
Instructions (when logged in as the Account Administrator user)
- Log in as the Account Administrator User
- Select Search Staff Users(in the Users section in the menu)
- Select the Username that you want to change the password for
- Select the Change Password option
- Complete the form as required - note that you need to confirm the current password for the Account Administrator user who you are logged in as
